The Master Control Chronograph Calendar is one of the most complete watches Jaeger-LeCoultre has ever put into a 40mm case. Introduced in 2020 as the first-ever combination of a chronograph and triple calendar in the Master Control line, it manages to pack day, date, month, moon phase, and a column-wheel chronograph into a case that's only 12.05mm thick — a feat that most manufacturers would need significantly more real estate to pull off. The Caliber 759 uses a vertical clutch for seamless chronograph engagement and a column wheel for precise switching, and it delivers 65 hours of power reserve on a full wind. The silver sunray dial keeps everything readable despite the complication count, with two subdials, a moon phase window, and calendar apertures arranged cleanly across the face. A pulsometric scale on the dial flange adds a vintage-inspired detail that nods to the collection's instrument-watch heritage. At 50 meters of water resistance with a screw-down caseback, it's built for daily wear — and the movement visible through the sapphire exhibition back is finished to a standard that justifies every minute spent looking at it.
