The seller was very accommodating regarding shipping; I asked to have the package held a couple of days before shipping and the seller worked with me on that. I am a native New Yorker and wary of everything and went into buying my watch with trepidation - BUT Nathan did everything to calm my fears and actually offered to facetime with me to show me the watch and all the backup materials to ease my mind. Not only is the watch the exact one I was looking for, but it is in brand new condition and just perfect. On top of including all of the information and the original receipt, they also gifted me with a beautiful leather watch case (which holds 3 watches so now I have to think about filling it up). It was time to break up with my Apple watch, and I am so glad I picked Nathan and Kingdom Watch Company to do that with.
