One-year limited mechanical warranty.

Coverage and approval

KWC offers a one-year limited mechanical warranty on eligible pre-owned watches for mechanical issues arising during normal use, subject to the warranty exclusions.

KWC must approve warranty work before the watch is sent to a third party. Unauthorized third-party work voids the KWC warranty. KWC reviews the request first and provides shipping or service instructions; do not ship or authorize service before that review.

Exclusions

• Accidental damage, impact, drops or misuse.
• Water damage or moisture intrusion, particularly where water resistance has not been expressly guaranteed by KWC. An express water-resistance guarantee does not automatically grant water-damage coverage.
• Normal wear and tear; scratches, dents, dings, fading or other cosmetic issues.
• Straps, bracelets, clasps, buckles, crystals, bezels, crowns and other external components, unless KWC specifically determines that the issue relates to a covered mechanical failure.
• Magnetization; damage caused by improper setting, handling or operation.
• Damage caused by third-party service, opening of the case, modification, polishing, repair or alteration after delivery.
• Vintage-watch issues related to age, seals, water resistance or components no longer manufactured.
• Manufacturer warranty issues, where applicable, are handled directly through the manufacturer under its terms.
