At just 7.8mm thick with a 39mm case, the Q1238420 achieves a profile that disappears under a shirt cuff while retaining enough wrist presence to stand on its own. The silvered grey sunray-brushed dial features elongated, polished rhodium-plated hour markers that catch light with a precision that echoes the movement finishing visible through the transparent caseback — Côtes de Genève bridges, blued screws, and an engraved oscillating weight presented without pretence behind sapphire crystal. A date aperture at 6 o'clock sits symmetrically opposite the brand name at 12, maintaining the visual balance that defines the Master Ultra Thin philosophy. Inside, the calibre 899/1 stands just 3.30mm tall — one of the thinnest automatic date movements in the Swiss industry — and every example passes Jaeger-LeCoultre's proprietary 1,000-hour quality control programme before leaving the Vallée de Joux.
