The Master Control Geographic is one of Jaeger-LeCoultre's most compelling travel complications — a true world-timer built by one of the last fully integrated manufactures in Switzerland. Reference Q4128420 arrived in 2020 as part of a refined update to the Master Control line, housing the Caliber 939AA with a generous 70-hour power reserve and the ability to track a second time zone across all 24 cities at a glance. The silvered sunray-brushed dial is beautifully laid out — power reserve at 9, date at 3, day/night indicator and 24-hour sub-dial working in concert — all housed in a slim 10.96mm case that wears like a proper dress watch despite its complication count. Every watch in the Master Control line undergoes JLC's proprietary 1000 Hours Control testing, a standard that predates and arguably exceeds COSC certification.
