The Chronomaster Full Open is Zenith at its most transparent — a watch that puts the legendary El Primero movement on full display through an openworked dial. The 38mm case gives it a vintage-correct proportion that wears beautifully on the wrist without the bulk of a modern chronograph, and the skeleton dial lets you watch one of the most important movements in watchmaking history do its work in real time. The El Primero 400 inside beats at 36,000 vph — one of the highest frequencies in any production chronograph — with a column wheel, 50 hours of power reserve, and accuracy that the high beat rate is specifically designed to deliver. The tri-compax layout with rhodium-plated hands and luminous indexes keeps the openworked dial legible despite its complexity, and the exhibition caseback gives you the full picture from both sides. On a black alligator strap with rubber lining, it bridges dressy and casual effortlessly.
