About This Reference
The 114060 was produced from 2012 to 2020 and holds the distinction of being the first — and last — No-Date Submariner to feature a Cerachrom ceramic bezel in the 40mm case size. When Rolex replaced it with the 41mm 124060, the 114060 became a fixed-supply reference overnight. Its symmetrical, date-free dial has long made it the purist's choice within the Submariner lineup, and the calibre 3130 with its full balance bridge and Parachrom hairspring delivers Superlative Chronometer accuracy regulated to within two seconds per day. Chromalight luminescence, a Glidelock extension system, and 300 metres of water resistance round out a watch that defined modern dive watch design for nearly a decade.
