About This Reference
The Santos de Cartier traces its origins to 1904, when Louis Cartier designed a wristwatch for his friend, Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont — widely regarded as one of the first purpose-built pilot's watches in history. The modern Santos line carries that legacy forward, and the WSSA0047 adds a contemporary edge with a blue PVD-coated bezel secured by eight exposed steel screws and a grey striated dial that catches light across its textured surface. Cartier's QuickSwitch system allows the wearer to swap between the steel bracelet and the included rubber strap without tools, while the SmartLink system enables on-the-fly bracelet sizing — engineering rooted in everyday wearability from one of the most storied names in horology.

Does it come with a warranty?

All Kingdom Watch Company timepieces include a 48-hour inspection period beginning upon confirmed delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period. The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, and complete with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the item was misrepresented. Watches that have been sized, worn, altered, or modified are not eligible for return.

In addition, all KWC timepieces are backed by a 1-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty, covering defects in the movement under normal use. This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, water damage, impact damage, improper use, modification, or damage resulting from unauthorized service. If a covered mechanical issue arises within the warranty period, Kingdom Watch Company will repair the watch or have it serviced by a qualified professional watchmaker.
