Eligible purchases are covered by our 14-Day Return Policy beginning upon confirmed delivery. To qualify for a return, the watch must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received, showing no signs of wear, sizing damage, polishing, modification, or use. All original contents must be included, including boxes, warranty cards, manuals, tags, links, straps, accessories, and protective materials. All returns require prior authorization and are subject to inspection, authentication, and approval before any refund is issued.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, Kingdom Watch Company reserves the right to deny returns involving altered condition, missing contents, tampering, or component replacement. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage during return transit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may cancel an order if you contact us at admin@kingdomwatchcompany.com prior to shipping. When canceling an order before it ships, a $50 USD fee is imposed to cover non-refundable expenses like transaction fees and time invested in order processing.

To set a standard automatic watch safely and accurately, wind the mainspring with 20 to 30 clockwise crown turns, set the time to 6:30 to clear the date gears, and then adjust the date and correct time.

Winding and Preparation

• Unscrew the crown: Turn it counterclockwise if it is a screw-down crown until it pops out to the base position.
• Give it power: Rotate the crown clockwise (away from you) 20 to 30 times to start the mainspring and get the second hand moving.
• Avoid the danger zone: Never quick-set the date if the time hands are positioned between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, as the internal gears are engaged to change the date and forcing it can break the mechanism.

Setting the Time and Date

• Move to safe time: Pull the crown out to the final time-setting click and turn the hands until the time reads 6:30 (either AM or PM).
• Set the calendar: Push the crown in one click to the date-setting position. Turn it to set the date to yesterday's date.
• Determine AM/PM: Pull the crown back out to the time-setting position and turn the hands forward past midnight until the date flips to today. If it flips, you have successfully crossed into 12:00 AM; continue turning forward to the exact current time (paying attention to AM vs. PM).
• Synchronize and lock: Wait for the second hand to hit 12:00, match your reference clock, push the crown completely back in, and screw it down tightly if it has a screw-down system.

A: To use the chronograph function on your custom watch, follow these steps:

1. **Start the Chronograph:** Press the top pusher (located at 2 o’clock) to begin timing an event. The seconds hand (usually centrally mounted on the dial) will start to sweep or tick.

2. **Stop the Chronograph:** Use the same top pusher to stop the chronograph when the event ends. This button is typically operated with the index or middle finger, with the watch case supported by the thumb.

3. **Read the Elapsed Time:** Chronograph watches display the time measured on the stopwatch separately from the current time of day. The format can differ depending on the design and movement inside, with some only counting up to 30 minutes while others can measure up to 12 hours. The seconds, minutes, and hours for the chronograph are usually read on separate subdials. For example, if your watch has a 30-minute counter/subdial at 3 o’clock and a running seconds hand at 9 o’clock, 15 minutes and 20 seconds will be shown on the sub-dial at 3 o’clock and the centrally mounted seconds hand, respectively. The seconds hand at 9 o’clock will continue to sweep, as it measures the time of day, not the time on the stopwatch.

4. **Reset the Chronograph:** The bottom pusher (around 4 o’clock) resets the chronograph to zero. Note that some variations, like the flyback chronograph, allow you to reset without first stopping it. A monopusher chronograph uses a single button for all functions—stop, start, and reset. A split-seconds or rattrapante chronograph allows you to measure two separate events simultaneously.

**What Not to Do With a Chronograph:** Avoid pressing the reset button when the chronograph is running unless it’s a flyback chronograph. Leaving a chronograph running continuously is not strictly bad for the watch but will reduce its power reserve and put more wear on some components. If your chronograph watch is made for water activities, double-check with the manufacturer that the pushers can be safely operated underwater before doing so.

Setting a standard automatic GMT watch involves: pulling the crown, setting the 24-hour reference/GMT hand, and adjusting the local time and date. Safety Warning and Preparation

• Avoid the danger zone: Do not quick-set the date or GMT hand between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM to prevent damaging internal gears.
• Unscrew the crown: If your watch has a screw-down crown, rotate it counterclockwise until it pops out into the manual-winding position.

Setting the Reference Time (GMT / Home Time)

• Pull to position one: Pull the crown out to the first click.
• Set the 24-hour hand: Turn the crown to move the 24-hour GMT hand independently to match Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) or your home reference time using the 24-hour scale or bezel.
• Set the date: On many "caller" GMT movements (like the Seiko NH34), turning the crown the opposite way in this position adjusts the date.

Setting Local Time and Finishing Up

• Pull to position two: Pull the crown out fully to the second click, which stops (hacks) the second hand.
• Align the hands: Rotate the crown to set your current local 12-hour time and minute hand.
• Secure the crown: Push the crown all the way back in and screw it down clockwise to protect water resistance.
