At Kingdom Watch Company, we strive to ship your order quickly, securely, and with the highest level of care—especially for high-value luxury watches.

Order Processing Times

  • Most orders ship the same day when placed before carrier cutoff times.

  • All orders will be shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., custom builds).

  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship the next business day.

United States Shipping Options

We offer three shipping options within the United States:

Important Notes for Domestic Shipping:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Signature confirmation may be required for luxury watch purchases at our discretion.

  • Once a package is accepted by the carrier, responsibility for transit delays rests with the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

International Shipping

We offer multiple international shipping options via USPS, DHL, and UPS.
Rates and estimated speeds will appear at checkout based on destination and service level.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International duties, VAT, import fees, or customs charges are not included in product or shipping totals.

  • These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in return-to-sender fees, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Luxury Watch Shipping & Insurance

For high-value orders, Kingdom Watch Company may:

  • Add insurance to shipments

  • Require signature confirmation upon delivery

  • Use additional packaging or verification steps

  • Request identity confirmation prior to shipment for fraud prevention

These measures protect both the buyer and the business.

Custom Builds & Pre-Orders

For custom-built watches and pre-orders:

  • We will provide an estimated delivery timeline based on parts availability and production scheduling.

  • Estimates may change due to supplier delays, international shipping issues, or factors outside our control.

  • Shipping delays are uncommon but can occur; your patience is appreciated.

  • We maintain communication throughout the build process and ship immediately once your watch is complete.

We want you to receive your custom watch as quickly as possible—your excitement is our excitement.
