About This Reference
The 215.32.46.51.99.001 introduced a striking grey-and-orange colourway to the Planet Ocean Chronograph lineup in 2019, and it remains one of the most visually distinctive sport chronographs in Omega's current catalogue. The ceramised titanium dial produces a grey metallic finish with a depth and texture that standard ceramic cannot replicate, while the orange ceramic bezel insert with Liquidmetal™ diving scale provides the kind of colour contrast that makes the watch legible at any angle. The two-register chronograph layout at 3 o'clock combines 60-minute and 12-hour counters alongside a date window, keeping the dial balanced with the small seconds at 9 o'clock. Presented on a striped NATO strap in orange, grey, and white — a deliberately casual pairing that leans into the piece's sport identity — the 45.5mm stainless steel case delivers 600 metres of water resistance with a helium escape valve. Inside, the calibre 9900 column-wheel chronograph with vertical clutch is METAS-certified for Master Chronometer accuracy and magnetic resistance exceeding 15,000 gauss.
