Return & Refund Policy

By purchasing from Kingdom Watch Company, you agree to the policies outlined below. These policies are intended to protect both the buyer and seller while ensuring transparency, authenticity, and compliance within the luxury watch market.

1. Standard 14-Day Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be returned in the exact condition in which it was delivered

  • The item must show no signs of wear, use, resizing damage, polishing, modification, or alteration

  • All original contents must be included, including boxes, warranty cards, manuals, tags, links, straps, accessories, and protective materials

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

All returns require prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Kingdom Watch Company may provide a prepaid return label at its discretion. Customers remain responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and delivered safely.

Kingdom Watch Company reserves the right to deny any return showing evidence of:

  • Wear or use

  • Bracelet resizing damage

  • Scratches, dents, or case damage

  • Missing contents or accessories

  • Tampering, part replacement, or attempted servicing

  • Damage caused during return transit due to insufficient packaging

All returned items undergo authentication and inspection prior to refund approval.

2. Luxury Watch Buyback Program

Select watches purchased directly from Kingdom Watch Company may qualify for our discretionary 30-day buyback program.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:

  • The watch must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery

  • The watch must remain in the same condition as originally sold

  • No additional wear, polishing, servicing, or modification may have occurred

  • All original contents must be included

All buyback submissions are subject to full inspection, authentication, and market evaluation.

Buyback Exclusions

The following are excluded:

  • Trade deals or negotiated wholesale transactions

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Watches sold “as-is”

  • Items with missing contents or altered condition

  • Watches purchased through third-party marketplaces where prohibited

  • Any watch displaying evidence of damage, misuse, tampering, or component replacement

Kingdom Watch Company reserves the right to:

  • Decline any buyback request

  • Adjust the buyback amount based on market conditions, missing contents, or condition changes

  • Require identity verification for fraud prevention purposes

Luxury watch market values fluctuate frequently. Buyback eligibility and pricing are based on current market conditions at the time of evaluation, not solely the original purchase price.

3. Shipping Damage & Delivery Issues

Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Any claim involving shipping damage, incorrect items, missing contents, or delivery issues must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

Failure to notify Kingdom Watch Company within this timeframe may limit available remedies or claims.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or buyback:

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance or discounted inventory

  • Gift cards

  • Special-order or personalized items

  • Watches missing original packaging or accessories

  • Any item showing signs of wear, use, modification, or tampering after delivery

Kingdom Watch Company retains sole discretion in determining item eligibility and condition standards.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Customers wishing to purchase another watch must complete a separate transaction.

6. European Union Customers

For qualifying orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel eligible purchases within fourteen (14) days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must still comply with all condition requirements outlined in this policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been:

  • Received

  • Fully inspected

  • Authenticated

  • Approved under the terms of this policy

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Original shipping costs, payment processing fees, insurance fees, and applicable transaction costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

For purchases made via wire transfer, refunds will be issued only to the originating account.

8. Fraud Prevention & Authentication Protection

Kingdom Watch Company maintains strict anti-fraud and authentication procedures to protect customers and the integrity of the luxury watch market.

We reserve the right to:

  • Record serial numbers and identifying characteristics prior to shipment

  • Document packaging and shipment procedures

  • Verify customer identity for high-value transactions

  • Refuse returns involving suspected fraud or component swapping

  • Pursue civil or criminal remedies for fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, false claims, or theft

Any attempt to alter, replace, remove, or misrepresent components voids all return eligibility.

9. Policy Updates

Kingdom Watch Company reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
