The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, and complete with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the item was misrepresented. Watches that have been sized, worn, altered, or modified are not eligible for return.

In addition, all KWC timepieces are backed by a 1-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty, covering defects in the movement under normal use. This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, water damage, impact damage, improper use, modification, or damage resulting from unauthorized service. If a covered mechanical issue arises within the warranty period, Kingdom Watch Company will repair the watch or have it serviced by a qualified professional watchmaker.
