A Spring Drive gem inspired by Omiwatari

Most winters, the water of Lake Suwa freezes over and, most years, a long ridge appears in the ice from one side of the lake to the other. Tradition has it that this is the ÔOmiwatariÕ or where the Gods walk out over the ice.

True or not, the legend has inspired the craftsmen and women at the nearby Shinshu Watch Studio to create a dial of exquisite subtlety for this hand-winding Spring Drive timepiece. It has the color, feel and texture of the snow-covered ice on Lake Suwa.

The movement is Spring Drive Caliber 9R31 which has the Dual Spring Barrel that delivers a power reserve of 72 hours when fully wound. Its exquisite finishing is visible through the exhibition case-back along with the power reserve indicator.

Does it come with a warranty?

All Kingdom Watch Company timepieces include a 48-hour inspection period beginning upon confirmed delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period. The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, and complete with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the item was misrepresented. Watches that have been sized, worn, altered, or modified are not eligible for return.

In addition, all KWC timepieces are backed by a 1-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty, covering defects in the movement under normal use. This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, water damage, impact damage, improper use, modification, or damage resulting from unauthorized service. If a covered mechanical issue arises within the warranty period, Kingdom Watch Company will repair the watch or have it serviced by a qualified professional watchmaker.

How fast is shipping?

All luxury timepieces ship fully insured via FedEx or UPS Overnight, ensuring your watch arrives quickly and securely.

Custom-built watches are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with most orders arriving within approximately 3 business days after fulfillment.
