About This Reference

The 226570 was released in 2021 to mark the 50th anniversary of the Explorer II, succeeding the 216570 with a meaningful mechanical upgrade and refined case proportions. The calibre 3285 brought the Chronergy escapement, a 70-hour power reserve, and Rolex's traversing balance bridge to a reference that had long been considered the brand's most purposeful tool watch. The fixed 24-hour graduated bezel and independently adjustable orange GMT hand allow dual time zone tracking — originally designed for spelunkers and polar explorers who needed to distinguish day from night underground or in regions of perpetual daylight. Slimmer lugs, a broader bracelet, and redesigned Chromalight markers round out a watch that remains the only current-production Rolex offered exclusively in Oystersteel.

Does it come with a warranty?

All Kingdom Watch Company timepieces include a 48-hour inspection period beginning upon confirmed delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period. The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, and complete with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the item was misrepresented. Watches that have been sized, worn, altered, or modified are not eligible for return.

In addition, all KWC timepieces are backed by a 1-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty, covering defects in the movement under normal use. This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, water damage, impact damage, improper use, modification, or damage resulting from unauthorized service. If a covered mechanical issue arises within the warranty period, Kingdom Watch Company will repair the watch or have it serviced by a qualified professional watchmaker.
