Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Co-Axial Master Chronometer Chronograph — Ref. 215.30.46.51.01.002

IN PRODUCTION
This is the watch Omega built for people who think the Seamaster Diver 300M is playing it safe. The Planet Ocean Chronograph puts 600 meters of water resistance, a helium escape valve, and Omega's most technically advanced chronograph movement into a 45.5mm case that makes zero apologies about its presence on the wrist. The Cal. 9900 is the centerpiece — Omega's first chronograph caliber to earn METAS Master Chronometer certification, running a column-wheel and vertical clutch at 28,800 vph with 54 jewels, and it delivers something most chronograph movements don't: an independently adjustable hour hand that doubles as a rapid date-reset, giving you genuine travel-watch functionality on top of the stopwatch. The black ceramic dial isn't paint over metal — it's actual zirconium oxide ceramic, which means the color and finish are baked into the material and will look exactly the same in twenty years as they do today. That same ceramic carries over to the bezel, where the signature orange rubber inlay and Liquidmetal diving scale create the visual identity that separates a Planet Ocean from every other dive chronograph on the market.
The bracelet deserves its own mention. Omega's patented extendable foldover clasp lets you adjust the fit on the fly — over a wetsuit, under a shirt cuff, wherever — without tools, and the integration between case and endlink is seamless enough that the 260g total weight distributes evenly across the wrist rather than hanging from the lugs. The exhibition caseback puts the full 9900 on display — rhodium-plated bridges, Geneva waves in arabesque, the bidirectional rotor — and the 15,000-gauss anti-magnetic rating means the movement doesn't care what electronics you set it next to. Everything about this reference is built to a professional dive specification and then finished to a luxury standard, and that combination is what the Planet Ocean line has always done better than anyone else in its price class.
